Our dynamic flow is intentionally slower than the traditional Vinyasa, allowing you to take more time to breathe and fully experience each pose. We move away from the “one-breath-one-movement” approach, giving you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the practice.
Through our slow flow, you can enter each pose without rushing and explore the key ares of each posture in greater depth.
