I have always been an active person, starting from my early childhood years when I used to go running with my father. As a kid, I also enjoyed dancing hip hop, but it was during my teenage years that I discovered Pilates. I found it to be a full-body workout that I really enjoyed, and I appreciated the principles of Joseph Pilates and the benefits it brought.
In my early twenties, I started taking yoga classes, initially seeing it as just a physical exercise. However, as I spent more time on the mat, I began to realize that there was so much more to discover. Yoga not only helped me calm down and be present in the moment, but it also allowed me to find balance and center my mind. I learned that yoga connects the body, mind, and soul - the three essential aspects of being human.
As I deepened my practice and completed my yoga teacher training while studying nutrition, I felt a strong desire to share my passion for a healthy lifestyle and the support that yoga provides for mental and physical health. I believe that yoga and Pilates is for everyone, regardless of where they are on their journey. On the mat, there is no competition or expectation. It is a safe space to feel grounded, grow, and let go of our worries and busy lives.
I strongly believe that a healthy balanced diet and mindful movements for the body and soul go hand in hand. Movement and proper nutrition complement each other in supporting overall well-being.
